Natalie is Client Service Representative moving up from an Administrative Assistant/Front Desk Associate position where she is responsible for first impressions by welcoming visitors, answering phones, managing mail and deliveries as well as providing administrative support to surrounding departments. Natalie is a recent graduate of Oakland University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Interactive Social Media and Health Communication.  After graduation, she went on to work for Oakland University providing administrative support and social media presence to the President’s office.
