Haley, HRPro’s COBRA Account Manager, is supporting the tremendous growth in that area.  She is responsible for onboarding and managing new clients, providing client service, handling the renewal process, and providing support to the department as needed.  Haley is a graduate of Oakland University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a minor in Marketing and Business Administration.  In her experience, she has held several roles in Account Management, Project Management and Client Service.
