Gloria started at HRPro in 2021 as a Client Service Representative, primarily focusing on processing Qualifying Events for COBRA clients.

Before HRPro, Gloria had an extensive career background that included working in the mortuary field, government contracting, and several years in the Army.

She has two children, a dog and a cat, with whom she spends all of her time. Gloria enjoys going to the parks and walking on nature trails, and reading.
