In her role, Felicia is responsible for preparing new client proposals, corresponding with clients and brokers, setting up accounts within our CRM system, and overseeing the client onboarding process, including contract administration, and transitioning accounts into implementation.

She spent 3 years in Sales as an Account Executive with United Wholesale Mortgage. Here she gained extensive experience in client relations, business growth, marketing, and sales administration. Mom to Jacob, and stepmom to Brooklyn and Damien. She loves to get outdoors with the family and enjoys, camping, beach days and kayaking.
