Nally Yang

Nally is joining HRPro as a Client Service Representative in our Accounts Department.  She is responsible for responding to participant inquiries regarding their spending accounts, claim review and adjudication and also supporting Account Managers with various tasks as needed within the department.

Nally comes to us with a background in insurance and HR and has gained experience in client relations and service from her most recent position as Sales Consultant with Progressive Insurance. Nally is currently taking online courses and working toward a degree in HR.
